These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cybro Email Agent (“CEA,” the “Service”), a product of Cybromines (“Cybromines,” “we,” “us”) powered by the Cybroxio AI engine. By creating an account or connecting a mailbox, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The Service
Cybro connects to email accounts you authorize, reads incoming mail on a read-only basis, uses AI to detect leads and enquiries, and delivers detected leads to a webhook endpoint you configure. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and organization. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Your mailboxes and data
You may only connect mailboxes you own or are authorized to access. You retain all rights to your data. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the webhook endpoint you configure and for how your systems handle the leads we deliver to it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to access mailboxes without authorization, or to harvest data unlawfully;
- violate any law, third-party right, or the terms of your email or AI providers;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
- use the Service to send spam or process unlawful content.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties you choose or that we use to operate it (email providers, AI providers, and infrastructure subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI classification is probabilistic and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, we delete or disconnect your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
